PICKUVO · UNITED STATES
Choose for your rooms.
A practical checklist for buying a robot vacuum in the United States. This guide uses manufacturer information, not our own hands-on tests or a best-to-worst ranking.
Start with the work you want to reduce
List your floor types, rugs, reachable rooms and possible dock locations. Then decide what matters most: regular vacuuming, mopping hard floors, or reducing manual dust and mop care. A feature is useful when it helps with a task in your own home.
Compare the mopping mechanism
Check whether the exact model uses rotating pads, a roller, a vibrating pad or another system. How does it avoid or cross carpets? How is the mopping surface cleaned? Can the mops be removed, and which cleaning solutions does the manual allow? A mechanism or advertised suction figure alone does not prove better stain removal.
Understand what the dock still needs
Automatic dust emptying, mop washing and mop drying are separate functions. A dock may reduce repeated tasks but can still need fresh water, dirty-water disposal, replacement bags and tray cleaning. Read the care instructions and check that the advertised dock is included. A version with plumbing connections may be a separate product.
Measure furniture openings and dock space
Measure the lowest opening under your furniture. The robot's body height is not automatically its required clearance. A stated low height may apply only when a sensor is retracted; read the model-specific conditions. Check the full dock dimensions, approach space, outlet and room to remove the tanks. For thresholds, distinguish a single step from a layered threshold: a maximum climbing claim is not a guarantee for every shape.
Plan for hair, loose objects and rugs
Hair-management brushes and obstacle sensing help narrow the choice. Check which hair types and objects the manufacturer actually discusses. These features do not establish that the robot will avoid every cable, sock or pet accident. Consider brush access, replacement parts and the cleaning instructions as well.
Check navigation and app requirements
Look for the maps, no-go zones and multi-floor features you need on the exact US model. If it uses cameras, read the manufacturer's privacy settings and any remote-viewing information. Check the required Wi-Fi band, app and account conditions before buying, and decide who will maintain the household maps and schedules.
Compare the full US purchase
Confirm the seller, model, condition, dock and accessories on the US store page. Check the final US-dollar total, including any sales tax, shipping and required accessories, plus recurring bags, brushes and cleaning supplies. Read delivery restrictions, the return window, return-shipping costs and warranty coverage for that seller and US model. Terms or specifications for another country do not automatically apply to your purchase.
Use specifications to build a shortlist
Pickuvo keeps unknown details visible. On the comparison page, choose up to three candidates and review their source notes. If real cleaning performance will decide your purchase, also look for trustworthy hands-on testing of the exact model.
